Been in an accident?
Take a breath. Follow the steps below. We're on this with you.
What to do, in order
Do these before you leave the scene.
Make sure everyone is safe
Check for injuries. If you can, move to a safe spot and turn on your hazard lights. Call 911 if anyone needs help.
Exchange information
Get the other driver's name, phone number, insurance company and policy number, driver's license number, and plate number.
Document everything
Take clear photos of all damage to both cars, the whole scene, street signs, and any visible injuries. Ask for the police report number if police respond.
Report to RideEvo
Call us as soon as it's safe, then send your report below with everything you collected.

Keep in mind
- Stay at the scene until it's safe to leave and the police or other driver are done.
- Stick to facts. Don't argue, and don't guess about fault or blame anyone.
- If you were on a trip or delivery, report the accident in that app too (Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, or Amazon Flex).
- Rules for reporting an accident differ by state. Check what applies where you are.
